DSP Builders, Inc. has completed a total of 19 tenant finish projects within Centerpark totaling over $5.8 million dollars and includes projects such as Carrier West, Empire Gas & Electric, Thunder Mountain Custom Cycles, NER Data Products, Henry Wurst, Pitman Company and Ferguson Enterprises. Centerpark Buildings A and B received top honors as the NAIOP Industrial Project of the Year and Centerpark Buildings C and D received Colorado Construction Magazine’s Top Project of the Year Award.
