The Ice Ranch is a 54,000 SF pre-engineered ice center located at Southpark in Littleton,  Colorado, designed and constructed by DSP Builders, Inc. The facility consists two each ice sheets (one NHL size and one 2/3 NHL size) supporting ice hockey, curling and specialty skills camps.  The CM/GC Contract also included construction of a dedicated dry-land training area, Pro Shop, business center, snack bar and bar/grill. The Ice Ranch is a show-case of the latest in digital experience in ice-sport viewing and entertainment.
