The $6.3 Million Lone Tree Medical Office Building consisted of the construction of a new three story, site cast tilt-up building with precast concrete parking structure for multi-tenant medical office use.  The Lone Tree Medical Office Building was honored as a recipient of a Silver Hard Hat Award from Colorado Construction Magazine in the Concrete Division and received the Award of Excellence as presented by the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.
