This project consists of the core and shell construction of one  site cast  concrete  tilt-up  building totaling  255,767 SF.  The exterior facade of the building consists of site cast concrete tilt-up panels to 44' high with an interior clear height of 32'.  In addition,  DSP completed the build-out of the Timberline Tenant Finish, A.I.M. Tenant Finish and Bakemark Tenant Finish within this building.
