Park 70 Building #2 consists of core and shell construction of a 283,666 SF site cast concrete warehouse.  The warehouse includes (4) EA entrances at the building corners, including steel canopies and tinted glazing.  The exterior façade is a four-color scheme with screen walls and parapet cornices providing additional architectural detail.  Interior construction consists of electrical room and water entry/fire pump room.
