DSP Builders, Inc. was contracted by Power Equipment Company under an AIA A101 Stipulated Sum Contract to complete construction of their new office and shop facility located on a 7-acre lot at 2836 1st Avenue, Greeley, CO.  The 26,502 SF, $5.2 million facility was completed on a 290-calendar day construction schedule and included all site, core and shell and tenant finish construction.
