DSP Builders, Inc. was contracted to provide construction of the new Steen Machining office/shop facility located at 8510 W. 110th Avenue, Westminster, Colorado.  The $3.4 Million facility was completed in July 2017.  The single-story structure includes 27,515 SF of shop/warehouse area and 2,718 SF of office space for a total of 30,233 SF with masonry construction on a drilled pier foundation.  Work included: Earthwork, utilities, asphalt, site concrete, landscape, caissons, foundation concrete, SOG, all masonry building, structural steel, joist and deck, misc. metal, cabinetry, waterproofing, air barrier, TPO roofing, caulking, insulation, hollow metal doors, wood doors, overhead doors, storefront, interior furnishes, specialties, window treatments all plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems.
