The Sports Stable is now open and is expecting to have over 1 million visitors per year. The building features US-36 visibility, mountain views and covered parking. The building will be delivered in January 2018 and it is ready for the start of tenant improvements.
Three Superior is capable of housing a surgical center. The building tenants include SCL Health (primary and women's care), Boulder Community Health (urgent care), Cornerstone Orthopedic and Touchstone Imaging.
Superior Medical Center (SMC), a four-story 60,000-square-foot destination health and wellness facility in Downtown Superior, Colo. The project includes a 229-space parking structure connected to SMC by a pedestrian bridge.
The award winning Superior Medical Center is Boulder County's newest medical office building. The building includes numerous providers including a large family care practice plus a women's care, orthopedic, imaging center with MRI, CT, and X-ray. It is located in the new 157-acre downtown Superior development that will be home to 1,400 homes, hotels, retail and office space.
