Renovation of an existing 52,175 Sq. Ft. building to provide office and warehouse space for Tundra Specialties, a leading national wholesale restaurant equipment and supply distributor.  The project was completed on an accelerated schedule and included demo of existing facilities and complete installation of finishes including finish carpentry, new storefront, new interior doors and hardware, flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, drywall, restroom finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical. .
