This $7.7 million project consisted of the core and shell and interior construction of a building that includes three separate pre-engineered metal building areas and a CMU masonry building office area and entrance. The three pre-engineered metal building areas consist of a 600' x 335' x 47’ Assembly/Warehouse area, (12) EA 75' x 35' fabrication bays and a 40' x 185' covered fence storage area.  Includes a 6,000 SF paint and blast facility.  The CMU masonry office area consists of 12,000 SF  for  a  total building square footage of 98,000 located at  9461 Willow Court, Commerce City, Colorado.
