DSP Builders, Inc. provided design and construction of Intsel Steel West’s new warehouse facility located at 8573 Ulster Street, Commerce City, CO.  The $10 Million facility includes approximately 226,531 SF of warehouse with associated outside storage areas and paved parking and drive lanes.  The building is a single-story structure of 195,644 SF of warehouse, 22,494 SF of high bay storage, 1,750 SF of shop area and 6,643 SF of office area.  The building consists of conventional pre-engineered steel construction and included all site, core and shell, and tenant finish construction for a building located on a 20.70 acre lot.
